What D.i.D measures

Five signals, with context

These patterns can be worth reviewing, but none proves that an account is a bot. The report shows what was measured, what is missing and how ordinary audience behavior could explain it.

Comment repetition

Matching text after removing case, links, emoji and punctuation. Shared memes and creator prompts can produce it too.

Timing bursts

Unusually dense 10-minute windows of distinct accounts. Premieres, notifications and outside shares may explain them.

Conversation depth

The share of sampled top-level comments with replies. Reply text is not analyzed, and few replies can be ordinary.

Language diversity

Distinct normalized words divided by all word occurrences, reviewed against fixed thresholds. Shared vocabulary can lower the ratio.

Link presence

How often sampled comments contain web links. Viewers sharing sources or unrelated spam may explain a high count.
